Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Intern role based in Pune City. The intern will support day-to-day social media activities, including planning and creating content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube aligned with AIR G International’s brand voice.

Responsibilities include scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and assisting in community-building initiatives.



The role also involves helping with basic digital marketing tasks, such as supporting campaign execution, tracking performance metrics, and preparing simple reports. The intern will collaborate with marketing and content teams, stay up to date with social media trends relevant to tech and education, and contribute creative ideas to enhance the company’s online presence.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing activities, including basic campaign support and performance tracking.
- Skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, with an interest in storytelling for technology, education, and innovation-focused audiences.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written communication and professional online interaction.
- Basic understanding of major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) and their best practices.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment.
- Familiarity with simple design or editing tools (e.g., Canva, basic video editing) is an advantage.
- Interest in emerging technologies such as AI, robotics, IoT, VR, and tech-enabled education is highly beneficial.
