Role Description This is a full-time Social Media Manager role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, offered in a hybrid format with a mix of in-office and work-from-home days.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. Daily responsibilities include managing social media calendars, writing and editing posts, coordinating visual assets, and optimizing campaigns for reach and performance. The role involves analyzing metrics, preparing performance reports,



and refining strategies based on insights and trends.

Manager will collaborate with marketing, design, and client to ensure that social media initiatives align with broader campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with hands-on experience managing brand accounts.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing for different platforms and audience segments.
- Excellent Communication skills, including explicit written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, campaign performance tracking, and reporting.
- Knowledge of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment in the Greater Bengaluru Area, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous 2-3 years of experience in an agency or digital marketing environment is an advantage.
