Role Description The Social Media Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns across multiple platforms to strengthen brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content calendars, coordinating visual and written content, monitoring performance metrics, and managing community interactions such as comments and direct messages. The role also involves collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to align social media initiatives with broader brand and campaign objectives.

The Social Media

Manager will track trends, analyze competitors, and recommend improvements to enhance digital presence. This is a full-time, on-site position based in south Kolkata.

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, run, and refine campaigns across major platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to design effective content plans, align posts with campaign goals, and maintain consistent brand voice.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with social media analytics tools, basic understanding of paid social advertising, and familiarity with current digital trends.
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience managing brand social media accounts, ability to work collaboratively within creative teams, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in agency or fast-paced digital environments.
