Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, responsible for managing and growing the company’s social media presence across key platforms. Day-to-day work includes developing and executing social media strategies, planning content calendars, creating and publishing engaging posts, and optimizing campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. The role involves monitoring social media performance, analyzing metrics,



and preparing regular reports to inform strategy and support marketing and branding objectives.

Manager will collaborate with content creators, designers, and other marketing team members to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall business goals. The position also requires staying current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance Hesten Solutions’ online visibility and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing business profiles across multiple platforms.
- Content Strategy and Writing skills to plan, create, and adapt social media content for different audiences and channels.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO basics and brand positioning.
- Ability to work on-site in Nagpur, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in social media management for IT or technology-focused companies is an advantage.
