Job Summary

We are seeking a Social Media Manager & Content Writer who is passionate about social media, storytelling, and content creation. This role requires someone who can independently manage multiple social media platforms, develop creative content ideas, write engaging copy, and execute content strategies that strengthen our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain all RD Bytes social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms).
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all platforms.
- Write high-quality, original, and creative content for social media posts, captions, blogs, website content, and marketing campaigns.
- Brainstorm fresh and spontaneous content ideas aligned with current trends and audience interests.
- Develop monthly content calendars and execute them effectively.
- Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements based on insights.
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community professionally.




- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, viral content, and platform algorithm changes.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management and content writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to write spontaneous, engaging, and original content.
- Valuable understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
