Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Social Media Management Intern. The intern will assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.

Day-to-day tasks include drafting posts, coordinating visual assets with designers, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing content based on data and trends. The intern will support social media campaigns, engage with online communities,



and contribute ideas to improve reach and interaction. Collaboration with the consulting, technology, and media teams will be part of the role to align social content with broader business and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and improve platform-specific campaigns.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to help plan editorial calendars and align social content with business and marketing goals.
- Candidates should be familiar with major social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter) and basic analytics tools.
- Candidates should demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and an interest in startups, technology, or business consulting.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates should be able to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
