Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hubli, responsible for managing and growing AVM Granite’s presence across social platforms. This role involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and publishing engaging content, and optimizing posts for reach and engagement.

The Social Media

Manager will monitor performance metrics, respond to comments and messages, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align online activities with business objectives. Daily tasks include maintaining content calendars,



staying updated on industry trends, and ensuring brand consistency across all social channels.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage campaigns and improve engagement.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, compelling posts and professional interactions with followers.
- Experience using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance and adjust strategies.
- Understanding of basic design principles and familiarity with visual content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is beneficial.
- Prior experience in managing social media for brands, ideally in construction, interiors, or related industries, is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Hubli, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
