### About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Social Media Executive to manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and digital marketing, preferably with experience in the real estate industry.

### Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and publish engaging content related to real estate projects, properties, offers, events, and company updates.
- Develop creative posts, reels, stories, captions, and short-form videos.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to develop social media creatives.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, hashtags, and trending content.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar and ensure timely posting.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries professionally.
- Support lead-generation campaigns through social media platforms.
- Track social media performance using platform analytics and prepare basic reports.
- Assist in executing Instagram and Facebook campaigns/boosting activities.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers,



and internal teams for content requirements.
- Ensure all social media content follows the company's branding and communication guidelines.

### Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing / Content Marketing.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads will be an advantage.
- Good content-writing and caption-writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar content-creation tools.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual content.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate marketing environment.

### Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in Real Estate / Construction / Property / Interior Design industries are preferred.
- Candidates who have handled Instagram Reels and property/project promotional content will have an added advantage.
- Should be proactive, creative, and comfortable working with photography/video content.
