Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive role based in Jaipur.

The Social Media

Executive will manage the company’s social media presence across platforms, including planning, creating, and publishing engaging content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities include developing and executing social media campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and coordinating with marketing and sales teams to support promotions and product launches.



The role involves daily community management tasks such as responding to comments and messages, tracking trends, and suggesting new content ideas that resonate with target audiences.

The Social Media

Executive will also assist with basic media planning, reporting, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across major platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent content and interact effectively with audiences.
- Candidates should possess Media Planning skills to support channel selection, campaign scheduling, and budget allocation for social media activities.
- Relevant skills such as basic design familiarity (e.g., Canva or similar tools), understanding of analytics tools, and knowledge of current social media trends are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, along with prior experience in social media or digital marketing, is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is expected.
