We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing social media strategies that enhance brand visibility.

Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce impactful content aligned with the company's brand identity and business objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage social media strategies across all platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Create engaging posts, captions, reels, stories and short-form content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Plan and manage monthly social media calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Track and analyse social media insights, and report on key metrics and the performance of posts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality creative assets that meet business goals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Proactive, organised and able to ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, competitor activities and platform updates to optimize performance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interpret content for different audience segments.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools and best practices to enhance social media performance.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
- 4-7 years of solid experience in Graphic Designing
