About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive who can drive impactful brand engagement through creative content in both Hindi and English. This role involves managing end-to-end social media strategy and execution, writing ad copies, handling online reputation, and collaborating with creative teams to deliver brand-aligned digital content. You ll also work on blogs, scripts, AVs, and contribute to long-term content strategies across platforms.

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Communications, Visual Communication, English Literature, Journalism, Broadcast Communication, MBA (Marketing/Digital), or equivalent certifications

Must-Have Skills:

- Bilingual content writing - Hindi English
- Social media content planning and campaign execution
- Ad copywriting, blog writing, and proofreading
- Scriptwriting for videos, AVs, and brand content
- Familiarity with SEO and blog optimization
- Online Reputation Management (ORM)




- Adherence to brand voice and digital tone
- Awareness of digital trends and audience preferences

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage social media channels and ensure high engagement
- Plan, create, and execute monthly content calendars
- Write engaging content for social media, campaigns, and blogs
- Collaborate with agencies for content creation and SEO alignment
- Handle ORM across social platforms and ensure timely response
- Create multimedia content such as presentations, AVs, and short films
- Work closely with internal teams to uphold brand standards

Good to Have:

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite, Premiere Pro, Audition
- Photography and videography experience for digital content
- Experience working with agencies and content creators
- Solid project ownership and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
