Role Description The Social Media Executive role is a full-time, hybrid position based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves managing day-to-day social media activities across platforms, including planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content aligned with brand objectives.

The Social Media

Executive monitors performance metrics, optimizes campaigns, and implements SMO best practices to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.





Responsibilities include collaborating with creative and strategy teams, supporting influencer and performance marketing initiatives, and maintaining consistent brand voice and messaging. The role also requires staying updated on social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to recommend innovative ideas and enhance overall digital presence.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage, grow, and optimize brand presence across platforms.
- Media Planning capabilities to support campaign strategies, content calendars, and platform-wise allocation for maximum impact.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for posts, captions, and community interactions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights), and basic reporting.
- Ability to collaborate with creative, design, and strategy teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Attention to detail with a focus on visual aesthetics, brand consistency, and quality control across all social media outputs.
- Prior experience in social media or digital marketing in an agency or brand setting is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is beneficial.
