Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand’s presence across Instagram and YouTube.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media marketing, content creation, video editing, SEO and basic camera handling. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in the complete content process — planning, shooting, editing, posting and analyzing performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the company’s Instagram and YouTube accounts.

Plan and execute a regular social media content calendar.

Shoot product, showroom and promotional content.

Create and edit Instagram Reels, Stories and YouTube Shorts.

Edit videos with engaging hooks, transitions, text, music and storytelling.

Publish and optimize content across Instagram and YouTube.

Handle Instagram SEO and YouTube SEO, including keywords, titles, descriptions and hashtags.

Research trending content, sounds, formats and topics.

Monitor competitors and identify new content opportunities.

Track Instagram Insights and YouTube Analytics.

Work on improving reach, engagement, followers, views and enquiries.

Repurpose content across different social media platforms.

Maintain consistency and quality of the brand’s digital presence.

Skills Required





Good understanding of Instagram and YouTube.

Knowledge of Social Media Marketing and SEO.

Good video editing skills.

Basic knowledge of camera handling and shooting.

Understanding of framing, composition, lighting and camera angles.

Ability to shoot positive-quality content using a smartphone, DSLR or mirrorless camera.

Understanding of social media trends and content formats.

Creative mindset with a good eye for visual presentation.

Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of content.

Preferred Tools

Experience with CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Photoshop, Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio will be an advantage.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who can handle the complete process:

Professional camera experience is not mandatory, but the candidate should have a basic understanding of shooting and be willing to learn and improve.

Freshers with strong practical skills, creativity and a good portfolio/showreel are also welcome to apply.

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
