FabConnect is hiring a Social Media Executive for a full time opportunity at World Trade Centre, Rajajinagar, Bangalore.

We are looking for a creative and proactive professional with hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, influencer coordination, campaign execution, and performance tracking.

? Location: World Trade Centre, Rajajinagar, Bangalore

? Experience: 1–2 Years

? Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

? Department: Marketing

⏰ Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities✔ Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms

✔ Develop and manage content calendars

✔ Write captions, social media copy, and campaign messaging

✔ Coordinate with designers, photographers, and content creators

✔ Identify and onboard relevant influencers and creators

✔ Handle influencer outreach, product dispatch, content approvals, and campaign tracking

✔ Track social media KPIs including reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, and conversions

✔ Support social media campaigns and promotional activities

✔ Manage comments,



messages, customer queries, and community engagement

✔ Prepare campaign performance reports and suggest improvements

Key Skills Required✅ Social Media Marketing

✅ Content Creation & Content Planning

✅ Influencer Marketing & Relationship Management

✅ Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & emerging platforms

✅ Social Media Analytics & Reporting

✅ Campaign Execution

✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills

✅ Product dispatch & shipment coordination for influencer campaigns

✅ Canva / Meta Business Suite / Google Analytics knowledge preferred

Preferred Industry ExperienceCandidates from D2C, Retail, FMCG, Beauty, Lifestyle, Fashion, or Consumer Brands will be preferred.
