Social Media Executive Intern

? About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive and social-media savvy intern to support KarbonWise's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.

The role will involve content planning, creation, publishing, audience engagement and tracking social media performance. You will work closely with the team to develop content that communicates KarbonWise's work in climate-tech, sustainability and ESG in a simple and engaging way.

- Plan, create and execute engaging content across social media platforms and digital channels.
- Develop ideas for posts, carousels, reels, short-form videos and campaigns.
- Create and manage social media content calendars.
- Write captions, post copy, scripts and other social media content.
- Research sustainability, climate-tech, ESG and relevant industry trends.
- Monitor social media trends and identify content opportunities.
- Support on-camera and video content creation.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to execute creatives.
- Publish, schedule and manage social media content.
- Monitor audience engagement and track basic social media performance.




- Maintain consistency in KarbonWise’s brand voice and communication.

? Who We Are Looking For

- Students, freshers or recent graduates interested in social media and digital marketing
- Robust interest in content creation, storytelling and social media
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends
- Comfortable appearing on camera for social media content
- Curious about sustainability, climate-tech and ESG
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
