About The Future CouncilThe Future Council (TFC) is a student-led startup ecosystem built to help ambitious students go from ideas to teams to startups.

We're building both sides of the startup pipeline: a growing network of passionate student talent who can work with early-stage ventures, and a selective fellowship that helps aspiring founders build through mentorship, resources, networking, and access to founders and investors.

And we're not trying to build another boring student community.

We're building something people should want to be a part of.

About the RoleWe're looking for a Content Creator who thinks differently.

Someone who can look at a startup, founder, campus culture or random idea and think:

"Wait... we can make THIS content?"

Your job isn't just to make posts or follow a content calendar. Your job is to create attention around TFC and the people building within it.

You'll brainstorm scroll-stopping concepts, create content around startups and entrepreneurship, turn founder stories into compelling narratives, cover our events, experiment with formats and help build TFC's identity online.

You should be comfortable with ideas that are unconventional, funny, bold, thought-provoking, experimental or completely unexpected.

What you'll work on

- Come up with original, scroll-stopping content ideas for TFC.
- Create content around startups, founders, student entrepreneurship and campus culture.
- Turn complex startup concepts into content that students actually want to consume.
- Build ideas for reels, carousels, posts, campaigns, interviews and other formats.
- Cover TFC events, fellowship activities and founder stories.
- Interview founders, students and ecosystem professionals and turn their stories into content.
- Work with the design and other teams to turn concepts into strong final pieces.
- Experiment with new trends, formats and storytelling styles.
- Help shape how TFC sounds, looks and feels online.





What We're Looking ForWe're not looking for someone who simply knows how to post on Instagram. We're looking for someone with:

- Crazy ideas and strong creative thinking.
- A natural understanding of what makes people stop scrolling.
- Strong storytelling and writing skills.
- An understanding of startups, internet culture and student audiences.
- The ability to turn a simple idea into an interesting piece of content.
- Curiosity to explore new formats, trends and storytelling techniques.
- The confidence to pitch unconventional ideas.
- The ability to execute, not just brainstorm.
- A genuine interest in startups, entrepreneurship, creators or building communities.

You don't need to have worked at a startup before. If you've built interesting content, run a college page, made reels that performed well, written something people actually read, run a meme page, experimented with storytelling, or simply have an insane bank of ideas, we want to see it.

Compensation & GrowthMonth 1: Unpaid probation period This month is about seeing how we work together and evaluating your creativity, consistency and execution.

After Month 1: ₹5,000/month based on performance.

If your work is exceptional, there is an opportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) with a significantly better compensation package and a larger role within TFC.
