Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to showcase UniKa Entertainments’ events, brand stories, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Responsibilities include developing content calendars, capturing photos and short-form videos at events, writing compelling captions, and adapting content formats for different platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.

The Content





Creator will collaborate closely with the marketing and events teams to align social media campaigns with ongoing projects, monitor performance metrics, and optimize content based on audience insights.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media content creation, including short-form video, photography, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reels, Stories) and basic knowledge of analytics.
- Excellent writing skills for captions, posts, and basic copywriting, with attention to brand voice and detail.
- Basic design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar software.
- Ability to work on-site at events, manage tight timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with a proactive and collaborative working style.
- Prior experience in events, hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
- Relevant education in marketing, communications, media, design, or a related field is preferred.
