Paper Plane Tales is looking for a Social Media Content Creator!

- A self-starter who can manage multiple accounts and deadlines

Job Role:

- Develop content ideas based on client strategies and content calendars
- Create social media content including Reels, posts, carousels and Stories
- Write captions, hooks, scripts and basic social copy




- Edit short-form videos and Reels
- Create simple designs and social assets using Canva
- Shoot basic photo/video content using a phone when required
- Support and participate in client shoots
- Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across social platforms
- Support basic community management, comments, DMs and engagement
- Identify relevant trends, formats and content opportunities for clients
- Track basic content performance and identify what is working
- Work closely with account managers to turn strategy and briefs into strong content
- Coordinate with designers, editors and other specialists when required
- Create and manage content for Paper Plane Tales' own social media and marketing

Apply if you have:

- 1-3 years of experience in social media/content creation
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Excellent Canva skills
- Positive Reels/video editing skillsL Premiere Pro, CapCut, InShot or similar
- Good copywriting and English language skills
- An understanding of social media trends and formats
- Basic understanding of social media analytics
- A good eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling
- The ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- A portfolio or examples of social media work you've created
