What You’ll Do

- Research and create engaging content around bonds, investments, personal finance, and financial markets.
- Develop creative content ideas based on current social media trends, audience interests, and platform behaviour.
- Write short-form video scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
- Shoot and create high-quality, engaging video content suitable for social media.
- Convert complex financial concepts into simple, relatable, and easy-to-understand stories.
- Create robust hooks, storytelling formats, and CTAs that drive views and engagement.
- Keep track of trending sounds, formats, memes, topics, hooks, and content styles and identify how they can be adapted for finance content.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute content campaigns.
- Analyse content performance and use insights to improve future content.
- Stay updated on finance and investment trends to identify relevant and timely content opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong understanding of finance, investments, bonds, mutual funds, and personal finance.
- Proven ability to write scripts and create short-form video content.




- Excellent understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills.
- Ability to identify what will work for an audience, rather than simply following trends.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of hooks, pacing, relatability, and audience engagement.
- Comfortable being on camera and/or directing content shoots.
- Ability to explain financial concepts in a way that is simple without losing accuracy.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail, especially when creating finance-related content.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

- Constantly notice what’s trending on Instagram and YouTube.
- Can look at a finance topic and immediately think, “This could be a Reel.”
- Understand why some content gets watched till the end while other content gets skipped.
- Know how to create a strong first 3-second hook.
