Role Description As a Social Media Content Creator at dotEYE labs, you will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to highlight the company’s products, values, and brand voice. You will develop content calendars, collaborate with product and marketing teams to understand key messages, and translate them into posts, short videos, stories, and campaigns tailored to retail and technology audiences. Daily responsibilities include drafting copy, designing or coordinating visual assets, monitoring performance metrics, responding to audience interactions in alignment with brand guidelines, and recommending content improvements based on insights.

You will stay current on social media trends and competitors’ activities, ensuring content remains relevant and innovative. This is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media content creation, including writing concise copy, storytelling, and developing platform-specific posts and campaigns.
- Experience with social media platforms (such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter,



YouTube, and short-form video apps) and understanding of best practices for each.
- Ability to plan and manage content calendars, align posts with brand and marketing objectives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic design skills using tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar software to create or adapt visual assets.
- Competence in analyzing social media metrics and using insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and consistency in tone and style.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in B2B or tech-focused social media, especially in retail or SaaS, is an advantage.
