Role Description The Social Media Architect will design and implement end-to-end social media strategies that strengthen clients’ political brands and voter engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and emerging channels. This full-time, on-site role in West Delhi involves planning and architecting campaign-specific content ecosystems, collaborating with the politics coach to translate political goals into digital narratives, and coordinating with designers, editors, and outreach teams to ensure consistent messaging. Day-to-day responsibilities include structuring content calendars, defining digital funnels, optimizing posting schedules, integrating data and analytics tools, and testing message variations to maximize reach and impact.

The Social Media

Architect will also monitor trends in political communication, ensure compliance with platform guidelines and local regulations, and continuously refine social media frameworks to support high-impact,



long-term political strategies.

Qualifications

- Ability to architect comprehensive social media ecosystems and strategic communication frameworks, including experience with Architecture and Architectural Design in a digital or campaign context.
- Skills in Software Development and Integration to work with social media tools, analytics platforms, automation systems, and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in Project Management to plan, execute, and track multi-platform campaigns, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and meet tight political timelines.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, political communication, and digital campaigning, including audience segmentation, content planning, and narrative building.
- Proficiency with social media analytics, A/B testing, and performance reporting; ability to translate data insights into actionable strategy improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and guide compelling political messaging that is clear, ethical, and audience-specific.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment in West Delhi, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism with political clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing,



Political Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in digital strategy or campaign work.
