HospiPal Health looks after patients after they leave the hospital: trained companions during admission, and nursing and recovery care at home. We’re clinician-founded, and we’re building a social presence that families genuinely trust.
Why this role is different
Most content roles hand you a faceless brand page. This one comes with a real edge: our founders are practising doctors, a surgeon and a nephrologist. That means content people actually want to watch and share, real clinicians explaining what families get wrong after a hospital discharge, how to spot trouble at home, how to care for someone recovering. Your job is to turn that into content that stops the scroll and builds trust.
What you’ll do
- Own our short-form content across Instagram (our primary channel) and YouTube, ideation, shooting, editing, publishing
- Turn simple doctor-led clips into sharp, warm, genuinely shareable reels
- Create content designed to travel through WhatsApp, where families actually make care decisions
- Build a library of doctor-led explainer videos that families find when they search for help after a hospital discharge
- Design clean posts and write captions that sound like a human, not a brand
- Run a consistent weekly content calendar
- Ride trends, audio, and formats, and adapt them to healthcare without losing trust
- Watch the numbers (saves, shares, watch-time) and double down on what works
What we’re looking for
- A real portfolio of reels you’ve made. This matters more than your CV or your years of experience
- Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- An instinct for what makes short video perform, not just look pretty
- Clean, warm caption writing in English
- Bonus: comfort directing people on camera, and any pull toward health, care, or wellness content
Experience level is open. Freshers with a outstanding portfolio are as welcome as experienced creators.
