Role Description:

The Social Media Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to promote HubHawks and its book ventures. Day-to-day tasks include drafting posts, writing captions, creating basic visual assets in collaboration with design teams, and managing content calendars.

The Social Media

Associate will monitor engagement, respond to audience interactions,



and support social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and community growth. The role also involves coordinating with marketing, design, and editorial teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely execution of social media initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media and Social Media Marketing skills, including platform management and campaign support.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Content Creation and Writing skills to develop engaging posts, captions, and narratives.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear collaboration with internal teams and interaction with online communities.
- Familiarity with basic analytics tools and an understanding of social media metrics and trends is beneficial.
- Experience in or enthusiasm for books, publishing, or creative industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
