Role & Responsibilities

- Monitor, triage, and escalate security incidents in real-time using ManageEngine Log360 SIEM dashboards and alerting frameworks.
- Conduct forensic analysis of security events—IPs, user behavior, file changes, privilege escalations—to determine root cause and impact.
- Develop and refine correlation rules and custom reports in Log360 to reduce false positives and enhance detection accuracy.
- Collaborate with L1 analysts and L3 incident responders to streamline playbook execution and escalation pathways.
- Document incident response workflows,



maintain runbooks, and ensure compliance with SLA-driven incident timelines.
- Participate in vulnerability scanning coordination, threat hunting exercises, and quarterly audit readiness reviews.
