Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing elevator and escalator installation, modernization, or service activities at assigned project locations. This role coordinates daily site operations, including planning tasks, assigning work to technicians, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

The Site

Supervisor collaborates with project managers, contractors, and clients to address technical issues, manage timelines, and maintain quality standards. The position includes conducting site inspections, preparing basic reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting resolution of on-site challenges to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications





- Experience supervising construction, installation, or maintenance activities, preferably in elevators, escalators, or related mechanical/electrical systems.
- Strong skills in site coordination, workforce management, and daily planning to ensure safe and timely completion of tasks.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and adherence to occupational health and safety practices on-site.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, basic engineering specifications, and project documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with technicians, contractors, and customers.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in identifying issues, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining quality standards.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools for reporting, documentation, and communication (e.g., email, spreadsheets, site reporting apps).
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a site supervisory or field operations role is strongly preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site at customer locations in Mumbai and, if needed, nearby areas, including occasional extended hours aligned with project needs.
