Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Nagpur, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as documentation and coordination. This role oversees day-to-day site activities, ensuring that architectural and interior design plans are implemented accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities include supervising contractors and site staff, monitoring quality of materials and workmanship, and coordinating with architects, designers, and project managers to resolve on-site issues.

The Site

Supervisor will track progress against timelines, maintain site records,



prepare daily or weekly reports, and support adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements. The role also involves interacting with clients and vendors when needed to align expectations, clarify technical details, and support smooth execution of turnkey projects.

Qualifications

- Robust site supervision and project coordination skills, including experience managing contractors, schedules, and on-site workflows.
- Knowledge of architectural drawings, interior design layouts, and construction methodologies, with the ability to interpret and implement technical plans.
- Proficiency in basic project documentation and reporting tools (e.g., MS Office, site logs), and familiarity with construction materials and quality standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with design teams, vendors, and clients, and for resolving in office challenges collaboratively.
- Ability to monitor safety practices and support compliance with local regulations and company guidelines.
- Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, architecture, interior design, or a related field; prior experience as a site supervisor or similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and readiness to work on multiple residential and commercial projects simultaneously.
