Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the residential project site, Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

- Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards, Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

- Verify measurements, billing, and material consumption at site, Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.

- Monitor RCC, finishing, waterproofing, MEP, and other civil activities, Track project timelines and support timely project completion.

- Coordinate with purchase and stores departments for material planning, Solid understanding of RCC, finishing, and civil works.

- Ability to read drawings and BOQ, Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting,



Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities, Good communication and team management skills.
