Site Engineer – Road Construction

Tada Construction Group is looking for a motivated and responsible Site Engineer – Road Construction to join our growing team in Surat.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day road construction activities at site
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, workers, and project teams
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor GSB, WMM, sub-base, CC roads
- Check measurements, materials, levels, and site progress
- Maintain daily site reports and project documentation
- Ensure proper safety practices and site discipline
- Coordinate with senior engineers and management for smooth project execution

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience in road construction will be an advantage




- Good knowledge of site execution and measurements
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations when required
