Site CMPC Coordinator is responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of construction methods and ensuring that construction activities on-site are carried out effectively and efficiently. They bridge the gap between the technical design and the practical execution, making sure that the methods used comply with project requirements and are optimized for cost, quality, and safety while addressing issues that arise during execution. This work requires both technical expertise and practical problem-solving to ensure the project stays on track and meets all standards.

Departmental Functions

 Develop and adapt construction methods to suit specific project requirements, site conditions, and available resources.

 Identify the best techniques including equipment's and formwork for construction activities, ensuring they are technically feasible, efficient, and in line with project objectives.

 Ensure the chosen construction methods comply with design specifications, applicable building codes, industry standards, and health & safety regulations.

 Propose more efficient or cost-effective construction methods without compromising on quality or safety.

 Continuously monitor construction methods on-site and make adjustments as necessary after discussion with team to resolve challenges, improve efficiency, or address unforeseen issues.

 Continuously assess the effectiveness of construction methods and propose improvements based on feedback, performance data, or new technological advancements.

 Provide practical solutions to any technical or logistical challenges encountered during the implementation of construction methods.

 Planning infrastructure facilities,



access roads, site logistics and equipments, etc. and designing construction enabling works in line with project requirements.

 Preparing & maintaining method report documents / drawing submission plan in line with the project schedule.

 Maintaining documents as per the Quality Management System

 Keep a record of construction process changes and lessons learned from practical experience.

Site Management and Coordination

 Act as the main point of contact between Internal teams and other relevant stakeholders regarding construction methods.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

 Participating in project review meetings to discuss practical challenges arising from method implementation, resolve conflicts, make decisions on method adaptations and document meeting minutes.

 Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and collaboration across all project phases.

Quality and Safety Compliance

 Ensure that construction methods comply with the required quality standards, project specifications, and industry best practices.

 Identify and address any deviations or non-conformities in construction methods and take corrective actions as needed.

 Promote and enforce the implementation of safe construction practices in office, ensuring the method of execution does not compromise worker health and safety.

 Ensure that safety protocols are adhered to in line with legal and project-specific safety requirements.

 Assess potential safety risks related to construction methods and propose mitigative measures to prevent accidents or injuries.
