Role Description The Skin Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based at our Gurugram clinic. The role involves performing a range of skin care and hair removal treatments, conducting skin assessments, and recommending appropriate procedures and products.

The Skin

Therapist will provide clear pre- and post-treatment guidance, maintain accurate client records, and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety protocols. Daily activities also include delivering excellent customer service, supporting consultation processes, and collaborating with the medical and front-desk teams to create a smooth and positive client experience.



The role may involve introducing services and products to clients and contributing to client retention and sales objectives in a professional manner.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Skin Care and Cosmetology, with the ability to perform and explain professional treatments.
- Hands-on experience with Hair Removal procedures, chemical peels, Hydrafacial MD, medifacialsand other skin care treatments using appropriate technologies and techniques safely.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication with clients.
- Comfort with Sales activities such as explaining services, recommending suitable products, and supporting clinic growth ethically.
- Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology, aesthetics, or dermal therapy from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of hygiene standards, infection control, and basic dermatology concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical setting, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate treatment documentation.
- Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology practice, or spa environment is an advantage.
