Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Site Execution Engineer to manage and supervise site execution activities for Data Center Projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day site execution activities for data center projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Review drawings and identify discrepancies or technical issues before execution.
- Coordinate with the engineering/design team for RFI, drawing clarifications, and site-related technical issues.
- Ensure proper manpower, materials, tools, and equipment are available for planned activities.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with project quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, planning, procurement, and other project teams.




- Conduct regular site inspections and identify/resolve execution-related issues.
- Track daily progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Ensure activities are executed in accordance with approved method statements and safety requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals with consultants/client representatives.
- Support project planning and contribute to achieving project milestones.
- Monitor contractor performance and productivity.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain site records related to execution activities.
- Identify potential delays, constraints, and risks and escalate them to the Project Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil discipline.
- 5–10 years of relevant site execution experience.
- Experience in Data Center / High-rise/ Building Projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, construction practices, drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and subcontractors at site.
- Ability to work under project deadlines and challenging site conditions.
- Tamil-speaking candidates preferred, particularly for Chennai/Coimbatore projects.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in High-Rise / Data Center / Building Projects and exposure to fast-track construction environments will be given preference.
