About the RoleSaaras Group is looking for a responsible and technically skilled Assistant Site Supervisor – Electrical to support electrical site operations, maintenance, installation, and project activities. The candidate will work closely with the Site Supervisor and Electrical Engineer to ensure protected, efficient, and timely execution of electrical work.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in supervising daily electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Monitor electrical work at the site and ensure proper execution as per approved plans and standards.
- Coordinate with electricians, technicians, contractors, and other site teams.
- Inspect electrical panels, cables, motors, pumps, lighting systems, and other electrical equipment.
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Maintain records of electrical work, equipment maintenance, breakdowns, and material usage.
- Identify electrical faults and coordinate for timely troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of electrical tools and equipment.




- Monitor availability and consumption of electrical materials and spare parts.
- Follow electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company safety standards.
- Prepare daily work updates and report site issues to the senior supervisor/engineer.
- Support electrical projects, equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, motors, and industrial equipment.
- Ability to read basic electrical drawings and diagrams.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Team coordination and workforce supervision.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Basic computer/MS Excel knowledge.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work at site and in shifts when required.

Preferred
- Experience in poultry, food processing, manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural projects will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of electrical safety and industrial maintenance practices.
