- BIW tool validation to check feasibility.
- Weld distribution, gun selection, gun sectioning
- Cycle time chart preparation

- Exposure to robotic Body shop process
- Basics of Robot application
- Safety standard
- Positive understanding of BIW assembly process for fully robotic and semi-automatic line.
