We are seeking a skilled, dedicated, and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage day-to-day on-site construction operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing civil and structural works in strict accordance with approved architectural blueprints, tracking progress, managing in office resources, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Site Execution &
- Supervision:

Supervise daily on-site construction activities, including earthwork, substructure and superstructure works, shuttering, reinforcement (bar bending), and concrete placement.Indeed

- Drawing Interpretation: Accurately read, interpret, and implement structural drawings, architectural blueprints, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs).Indeed

- Finishing Works Coordination: Oversee end-to-end civil finishing works, including masonry, plastering, gypsum work, tiling, waterproofing, and external painting.Indeed

- Workforce &

- Vendor Management:

Coordinate with subcontractors, site labor, surveyors, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams to maintain a smooth workflow.Indeed

- Material Management: Estimate daily material requirements,



raise indents for timely procurement to avoid delays, track material utilization, and maintain site stock registers.Indeed

- Progress Tracking &

- Reporting:

Maintain detailed daily site logs and logs of labor productivity.

Prepare Daily Progress

Reports (DPRs), weekly schedules, and report directly to the Project Manager / Senior Engineer.Indeed+ 1

- Quality Control (QA/QC): Conduct routine inspections, level checks, and quality audits of construction materials (such as concrete cube testing) to enforce the highest civil engineering standards.Indeed

- Safety &

- Compliance:

Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols (PPE compliance, safe scaffolding, etc.) and local municipal construction standards.Indeed

- Measurements &

- Billing:

Take accurate site measurements, verify quantities executed on-site, and assist in preparing contractor bills or measurement book entries.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
