- Siebel Configuration o Valuable knowledge & work experience on Account & Contact management o Good knowledge & work experience on Assistant Agent Billing Care o Siebel CRM Scripting /Open UI
- CRM order Management, CSW & EAI
- Siebel Workforce management
- Siebel PRM/ Dealer management,
- Siebel Field Service
- Siebel BI Publisher Reports
- Siebel Version 20.xxxx and above experience should be preferred
- Telco Experience is must
• Good to have RODOD Implementation knowledgesibilities
