Role & responsibilities :

- Manage the day-to-day caf operations during the assigned shift.

- Lead, deploy and support the Barista/team members to ensure smooth operations.

- Ensure product quality, recipe adherence, service standards and customer experience.

- Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints and resolve operational issues.

- Monitor sales, productivity, inventory and wastage.

- Ensure proper cash handling, POS operations and shift reconciliation.

- Conduct shift briefings, allocate responsibilities and ensure proper shift handovers.

- Maintain hygiene, grooming, food safety and SOP compliance.

- Ensure timely replenishment of caf stock, merchandise and display units.

- Follow equipment SOPs and report maintenance issues for timely resolution.

- Drive suggestive selling and help improve caf sales.

- Coach and train team members on the job and support their development.

- Escalate critical people, operational or maintenance issues to the Store Manager.

- Create a protected, clean and positive workplace and take ownership of the overall shift.
