- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and manpower.

- Allocate work to workers and monitor their performance.

- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

- Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and other site personnel.

- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.

- Ensure proper use and availability of tools, equipment, and materials.

- Maintain daily site reports, attendance, material records, and work-progress records.

- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and company policies.

- Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues.

- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and proper organization at the work site.

- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are stored properly.

- Report delays, damages, safety issues, or other problems to management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
