Owns the technical strategy, delivery, governance, and operational excellence of the ServiceNow platform while leading teams, driving innovation, and ensuring scalable enterprise service management solutions

What You’ll Do

Leads the design, development, delivery, and operational management of the ServiceNow platform. Responsible for managing technical teams, governing platform architecture, ensuring solution quality, driving platform adoption, and delivering scalable enterprise solutions aligned with business objectives. Acts as the primary technical owner for ServiceNow products and integrations while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, vendors, and leadership teams.

Who We’re Looking For

- Overall 15+ years’
- Experience
- 12+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience - IT Ops, Sec Ops &
- HRSD (Mandatory)
- 8+ years as a ServiceNow Technical Architect / Solution Architect
- Experience managing large, global ServiceNow environments and multi-partner delivery models.
- Experience with architecture reviews, platform standards, partner oversight, and technical debt reduction

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)




- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- ITIL v4 Certification

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories –

- On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
