About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer to design, develop, and customize Strategic Portfolio Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on configuring SPM modules and building workflows, integrations, and reports that support portfolio, project, resource, demand, and investment management — while ensuring alignment with business requirements and ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM modules to meet business and portfolio management needs

- Develop and optimize workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies

- Build and manage REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems using ServiceNow APIs

- Design and implement solutions for Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, and Investment Funding

- Develop custom applications and reports within the ServiceNow platform

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

- Ensure platform development adheres to ServiceNow architecture and governance best practices

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve platform/application issues as they arise

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience,



with hands-on expertise in SPM

- Strong knowledge of PPM, Demand Management, Resource Management, and Investment Funding modules

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow APIs

- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-SPM, or equivalent) preferred

Additional Details

- Immediate availability required

- Short-term engagement (4–6 months); extension possible based on business need

- Hybrid work model — candidates must be based in or willing to work from Chennai or Bangalore

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
