ServiceNow Program Manager - Platform, Delivery Operations

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Program Manager to manage end-to-end ServiceNow programs covering business engagement, platform delivery, project management, operations, governance, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate should have strong ServiceNow functional understanding and the ability to work across business stakeholders, Process Owners, Product Owners, Architects, Developers, Operations teams, and leadership. The role requires someone who can understand business needs, translate them into ServiceNow deliverables and capabilities, and ensure successful execution from demand intake through implementation and ongoing operations.

This is a hands-on program management role requiring flexibility to manage both strategic initiatives and day-to-day ServiceNow operational requirements.

Requirements

Required Skills Experience

- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in ServiceNow programs.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and operations.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow capabilities across multiple areas such as:

o ITSM, CSDM / CMDB, ITAM, SPM, GRC / IRM, Security Operations / VR




- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and Service Management practices.
- Experience managing Agile / Scrum and hybrid delivery models.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, resource management, risk and dependency management capabilities.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow delivery lifecycle, release management, testing, deployment, and production operations.
