Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Lead with robust hands-on experience in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) implementation, configuration, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) implementation and enhancement projects.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant SPM experience is mandatory.
- Configure and implement SPM modules based on business requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand portfolio, project, and demand management requirements.
- Lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Provide technical and functional guidance to the SPM team.
- Ensure successful integration of SPM with other ServiceNow modules and enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support.
- Prepare technical/functional documentation and ensure best practices are followed.
