Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in

ServiceNow Now Assist and Generative AI

. The candidate should have good expertise in ServiceNow development, ITSM, workflows, integrations, automation, and AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.

- Develop

Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Catalog Items, and Flow Designer solutions

.

- Implement and support

ServiceNow Now Assist and Generative AI capabilities

.

- Configure AI features such as incident summarization, case summarization, knowledge generation, and Virtual Agent responses

.

- Work with

Prompt Studio, AI Search, and AI-powered workflows

.

- Develop integrations using

REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and APIs

.

- Support ServiceNow modules such as

ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Virtual Agent

.

- Perform troubleshooting, testing,



code reviews, upgrades, and release activities.

- Follow ServiceNow development standards, security, and governance best practices.

Required Skills

- 6–8 years of experience in ServiceNow Development

- Strong experience in

ServiceNow platform development

- Hands-on experience with

ServiceNow Now Assist / Generative AI

- Solid knowledge of

ITSM and Flow Designer

- Experience with

JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting

- Experience with

Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies

- Experience with

IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs

- Knowledge of

CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Virtual Agent

- Experience with

Prompt Studio and AI Search

- Knowledge of

SSO, OAuth, and SAML

- Good communication and problem-solving skills
