? Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop modern ServiceNow portal experiences using Next Experience / UI Builder.
- Build reusable widgets, components, layouts, and user experiences aligned with business and UX requirements.
- Develop Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer automations, and other server-side solutions.
- Implement Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Catalog Client Scripts.
- Use GlideAjax for efficient client-server communication.
- Design and implement REST, SOAP, OAuth, and Integration Hub integrations.
- Configure Connection & Credentials and leverage Integration Hub spokes.
- Develop optimized GlideRecord queries and database operations.
- Troubleshoot platform issues using ServiceNow debugging tools and browser DevTools.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards, documentation, scalability, and maintainability.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Deliver solutions within Agile/Scrum sprint cycles.
- Work with PDI (Personal Development Instance) for development and experimentation.

- Proven experience delivering end-to-end integrations using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is preferred.
