Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM professional to join our team as a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer.

The candidate will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimizing ServiceNow ITOM solutions, managing application releases, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring overall system stability and performance.

The role requires an SME who can collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key technical decisions, and provide scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ServiceNow ITOM.

- Lead and collaborate with teams to deliver ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure and optimize applications based on evolving business requirements.
- Manage application releases and ensure system stability.




- Work with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and system issues.
- Optimize configurations to improve system efficiency and user experience.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Contribute to key technical and team-level decisions.
- Provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Monitor application performance and implement optimization measures.

Mandatory Skills

ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) 7.5+ years of relevant ServiceNow ITOM experience

Application configuration & release management

APIs and low-code platform experience

Troubleshooting and issue resolution

Performance monitoring & optimization

Strong stakeholder and communication skills

Education

15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
