Key Responsibilities

- Configure, test, and support ServiceNow GRC / Risk & Compliance solutions.
- Develop and execute automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF.
- Work across risk, compliance, controls, policies, incidents, and operational risk modules.
- Support RCSA, risk treatment, control testing, compliance testing, and risk metrics.
- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to deliver quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure solutions align with business and compliance requirements.
