Service Now Enterprise Architecture (EA) Specialist Location: Remote Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM ISTRole Overview We are looking for an experienced Service Now (SNOW) professional with expertise in Enterprise Architecture (EA) to support and enhance our Architecture Repository. The role will be key in strengthening our Enterprise Architecture practice and driving a scalable architecture management capability.

Key Responsibilities Develop, administer, and optimize the Service Now Architecture Repository. Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team to improve architecture data management, reporting, and governance. Maintain and enhance EA-related capabilities within Service Now. Support architecture documentation, repository adoption, and process improvements.



Create reports and dashboards to provide architecture insights and governance support.

Required

Skills5+ years of experience in Service Now. Hands-on experience with Enterprise Architecture modules and Architecture Repository management. Solid understanding of architecture governance, data management, and reporting.

Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and architecture teams. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred

Exposure to Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Technology Portfolio Management.
