Requirements

- 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Deep expertise in ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM .
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and REST/SOAP APIs .
- ITIL Foundation certification required.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM implementations.
- Design, configure, and maintain CMDB, Service Mapping, and MID Servers.
- Troubleshoot data-quality issues and system performance.
- Provide technical guidance on CSDM best practices .
