Role Overview

Experienced ServiceNow CMDB + AIOps Developer role focused on building and enhancing AI-driven automation within ServiceNow. The position involves developing ITSM and ITOM solutions, improving CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management, and implementing GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities to boost operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and implement AI Agents, Agentic AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation solutions for ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM.

- Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and automation across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
- Implement AI-driven automation, predictive insights, intelligent incident routing, and self-service solutions.
- Configure and customize CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and other ITOM capabilities.
- Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Glide Scripting,



REST APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and workflows.
- Analyze business and operational requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, operations, architects, and engineering teams on solution design and implementation.
- Identify opportunities to use AI/ML and GenAI to improve service operations and incident management.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development standards, security, governance, performance, scalability, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve existing ServiceNow applications and integrations.
