Job Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow GenAI Developer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Generative AI, Now Assist, Agentic AI/AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence, and ServiceNow platform development. The candidate should have strong consulting and development experience and be able to design, develop, integrate, and deliver AI-powered ServiceNow solutions for enterprise customers.

Mandatory Skills

- 6–9 years of ServiceNow experience with strong development background.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GenAI / Generative AI and Now Assist.
- Strong understanding/implementation experience of Agentic AI / AI Agents and intelligent workflow automation.
- Experience with AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent.
- Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, grounding/context, knowledge sources, and responsible AI.
- Strong ServiceNow development skills using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, GlideAjax, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
- Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and ServiceNow integrations.
- Strong implementation experience in ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, CMDB, and Asset Management.
- Experience with at least one additional module such as Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, CSM, FSM, SAM, HAM, GRC, SecOps, SPM,



or IntegrationHub.
- Knowledge of CMDB, Service Mapping, monitoring/observability integrations, and log analysis is preferred.
- Good understanding of LDAP, SAML/SSO, SSL, VPN, authentication, and enterprise integration technologies.
- Experience in custom application development, data management, database concepts, and ServiceNow architecture.
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum, user-story grooming, technical design, POCs, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong customer-facing, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Certifications

- ServiceNow CSA – Mandatory
- ServiceNow CAD – Preferred
- ServiceNow CIS – Preferred
- ITIL Foundation – Desirable
- ServiceNow AI/GenAI/Now Assist certification/training – Advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver ServiceNow GenAI/Agentic AI and Now Assist solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, user stories, POCs, and scalable implementations.
- Develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and automations.
- Collaborate with Architects and Product Owners for technical story grooming and solution design.
- Ensure ServiceNow best practices, security, performance, and coding standards are followed.
- Support testing, deployment, upgrades, go-live, and production issues.
- Mentor developers and contribute to ServiceNow and GenAI practice maturity.
- Identify opportunities to use GenAI, AI automation, and intelligent workflows to deliver measurable business value.
