: What will your role look like Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise solutions on the Service Now Expert Platform. Architect and deliver solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to support enterprise service management initiatives. Design scalable Service Now integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.

Provide technical leadership for custom development on the Service Now platform including Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and custom applications. Design contemporary and intuitive user experiences using UI Builder and the Service Now Experience framework. Lead implementations of Customer Service Management (CSM) capabilities to enhance customer support workflows.

Define platform architecture standards, governance models, and best practices for Service Now development and integrations. Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Conduct architecture reviews, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to Service Now platform best practices.

Experience building user interfaces using UI Builder and Service Now Experience framework. Strong understanding of Service Now architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.

Experience delivering solutions within Customer Service Management (CSM). Ability to guide development teams and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable platform solutions.
